Return & Refund Policy

• Our customers have the legal right to return and refund within 14 days in the framework of the rules based on the Turkish Consumer Law in purchases made through our online site. You can make your return and exchange requests via [email protected] or contact form in the website.
• Products made with special orders according to single costumer (such as  changing size or color) cannot be returned 
• According to the hygiene rules, earrings are not returned or exchanged.
• The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way are never returned
• Once we receive the item to be returned or replaced, our product specialists will review the item and after that refund or replacement will be completed.
• Modification of damages caused by the user, such as falling, crashing, is done by paying the price.
• The products to be returned must not be used
• Returns must be made in absolute invoice, together with the original box or packaging of the product.
• Stones broken due to the impact (falling, crashing) encountered by the materials used are not refundable.
• The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 of the Distance Selling Contract and "Products with No Right of Withdrawal" in Article 15.
